Advanced Business Analysis
Four questions, in increasing order of complexity. Each requires different tools and builds on the previous one.
What happened. What will happen. What is not going as it should. What should we do. These are the four questions behind every business decision, yet almost no company has the tools to answer all four effectively.
This area covers the entire journey, from accessible data to actionable recommendations. You can start at any level, but the value increases when they work together.
What it relies on
None of these levels can work without data collected consistently and with known quality: that is the role of the Data Platform area, which we consider a prerequisite rather than an optional module.
At the other end, analytics becomes useful when it triggers an action: an alert that opens a workflow, a forecast that generates an order proposal, or a recommendation that executes automatically within defined thresholds. This is where this area connects with Human Automation and Advanced Workflow Optimization.
What we say before we start
If the historical data is insufficient or data quality is not reliable enough, we say so before starting the project rather than delivering a model that will not hold up in production. That is why the first phase is always an assessment of the available data, not a technology proposal.
